At Totality Medispa & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your original receipt.

• 3.
  Ship to Medispa

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package back to our main facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our specialists confirm the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a spa credit within 5-7 business days.
